dance central XBOX Kinect

What do your guys put in for exercise when you do Dance Central on your XBOX Kinect?

I just got it today and I did 20 minutes (the first 4 songs) on the easy setting......so I put in dancing,general.....it was like 171 calories....

so how do you enter yours?

    I enter it as dancing, but I use my HRM to figure my calories for EVERYTHING I do because MFP can be WAY off when doing calories! ...and always higher than what you are really burning! Be careful!

    your HRM tells you how many calories you burned?

    I'm still new and i am a little lost on HRM and MFP? could you please tell me what they stand for so i could look them up. thank you.
