How do you track 30 day shred?

Is it high impact aerobics? I thought anaerobic but it's not an option in the database. How does everyone else track it?

I would do 18 minutes circuit training and 4 mins strength.0

i used to use circuit training
i want to start it again tomorrow but i now have a HR monitor with a chest strap. so i will create it as my own exercise.0 -
With a heart rate monitor.0

I enter it as 20 min of calisthenics, but I don't think the number of calories burned is much different than if you log it as circuit training. FYI0

Thanks everyone. The calories burned isn't that much different if I enter as circuit or high impact aerobics. So until I shell out the bucks for a HRM, I will go with this. Thanks again!0

I was told by many people its 20 mins of Circuit Training... because there is 3 warm-up and cool-down so you would actually count 20 mins of actual "workout"0
