Is it high impact aerobics? I thought anaerobic but it's not an option in the database. How does everyone else track it?

25 minutes of circuit training for me :-)
  • I would do 18 minutes circuit training and 4 mins strength.

I enter it as 20 min of calisthenics, but I don't think the number of calories burned is much different than if you log it as circuit training. FYI

Thanks everyone. The calories burned isn't that much different if I enter as circuit or high impact aerobics. So until I shell out the bucks for a HRM, I will go with this. Thanks again!

I was told by many people its 20 mins of Circuit Training... because there is 3 warm-up and cool-down so you would actually count 20 mins of actual "workout"
  • I also count it as Circuit Training :)
