Fast and Easy breakfast burritos

I am doing weight watchers and 2 of these burritos are only 4 points total. If you add sour cream they are 5 points total.

Ingredients

2 small corn tortillas (try to use a brand that has 1 g fat and around 22 carbs)
1 egg scrambled with water
1/2 tsp onion powder or may use diced onion about a handful or so
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tablespoons of low fat cheese
2 tablespoons salsa
Green pepper (4 long slices)
No fat sour cream (Optional)

Directions

Heat oven to 400
Scramble 1 egg with about 1/4 cup of water, onion or onion powder, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of cheese
Place 2 tortillas on baking sheet and place scrambled egg into tortillas
Place 2 slices of green pepper on top of egg
Place in oven until tortillas are crispy
Add salsa and sour cream if desired.

Filling, easy, and yummy!

    so for those of us not doing weight watchers any idea how many calories they are?

    Oh yes sorry here are the nutritional stats for you

    230 cal 27 carb 9 fat 13 protein and 3 fiber
