can't get enough of what when????
                    OK, so this is the first time I've been on antibiotics since starting on MFP and changing my calorie intake.  More importantly, seeing my calorie intake.  Just curious if anyone else notices a surge in their appetite when taking antibiotics.
I'm not kidding, I swear I've eaten twice as much as normal the last 3 days! No, it's not all logged cause I'm frightened by how it would look. Today is the first day I've attempted to log it, and I'm still starving!!!!!! :noway:

            I can't see your diary, but try to eat fiber and protein which takes time for your body to digest and helps you feel full. Also, up the water and avoid sugars as they will make you crave more later. Try to eat small snacks frequently. Try some crunchy carrots or a small bran muffin. Celery with almond butter.
 And...
 GO AHEAD AND LOG EVERYTHING.... it will help keep you accountable. I've had bad days too. We all do. Just dust yourself off and get back in the saddle. 0 0

            Depending what medication you are on, yes it can make you eat mmore and feel hungry. Prednisone is one medication that will do that. I would suggest that you increase your water intake, keep logging everything ( it will help keep you accountable) and try adding more fruit/veggies. And if you are feeling up to it, increase your exercisize.0

            I didn't notice an increase in appetite..... but I did eat a little more; however, I think that was simply due to the fact that I wasn't coughing up a lung every 3 seconds. :laugh:0
