Anybody know of a low cal recipe for roast lamb?

I'd like to cook a roast for my family on Sunday but I have no idea where to start as I'm not used to calorie counting.

    i cook stuff from skinnytaste on a weekly basis and honestly have never had anything i didnt like!! she is AMAZING!
