Think may sound like a stupid question but just wanted to check. Does maintaing weight mean staying at the same weight you are at present? Just I was thinking of changing my goals to maintaining weight now. what you reckon? im 108pounds and 4ft 11 x

yep! maintaining is the number of calories you need to function in your daily activities to stay at the same weight

Maintaining weight is exactly what you described, staying within a lb or two of your goal weight. Good for you for getting there!!

no you shouldn't pile any back on but keep your eye on it for a couple of weeks to see how your body adapts to it. Congrats x

you will be fine :) when i switched to maintenance i was a little scared at first and yes initially i did gain a pound or two but then that disappeared and ive stayed the same roughly for months now. :) trust mfp and continue to exercise and youll be fine :D congrats on reaching your goals

I've been maintaining for the past few weeks and found it scary at first. I am slowly coming round to it. I lost initially but now am back to 122.I find it useful to have a range rather than a perfect number. I now enjoy having the extra calories and eating more!

well done on your loss so far and enjoy it. if its too daunting, try upping by 100-200 cals per week until u are up to your maintainance
