I bought the vanilla last night as a coworker recommended Greek Yogurt to me.

It is SO GOOD!

120 Calories, 0 Fat, 13 g Carbs, 13 Sugar (from Sugar, NOT Corn Syrup), and 16 g Protein!

I am so filled up from this an an English muffin!

I also have the peach, strawberry, and blueberry flavors--they were on sale 4 for $5!

    What exactly is greek yogurt? I can't even find it in Cananda.
