WELL EVERYONE. I guess it's me again this week. I have to apologize to all of you, I had no idea that it was me, I haven't even logged this weekend until now. So I'm sorry for the late night challenge, but here goes..........
In addition to our previous challenges; greens, dairy, water, cardio, nuts, and one fun thing, I'm challenging everyone to 10 min a day of ENDURANCE.
This means sqauts, weights, pilates, YOGA...etc. I only say 10 min. because I have no idea what you'll choose and 10 min sounds like a nice round number, but not too much for those of us that don't even tighten the tension on an eliptical.
GOOD LUCK ALL.

Im going to work on my theighs (sp). Im going to add leg weights and work on them. Thin them babies down.0

What else is considered endurance?
I am really new to the exercise thing....0 -

greens-broccoli
dairy-yogurt
water-working on it
cardio-????
nuts-snack will be 15 raw almonds
one fun thing--???
ENDURANCE---???
I always struggle with the exercise portion of this - but I'll work in what I can.
Did I tell you that I was away for a long weekend with my hubby at an event for his company at Mytle Beach - well between the catered meals and seafood buffet, I managed to work in 45 min each day on tread mill and lost 1.5 #--I wasn't able to log my food either. I am so excited!!!!!0 -
So for endurance/cardio I ran stairs - does that count?? And might I say WHEW!0

running stairs count. I always try to run up my stairs instead of walking now. It feels great.0

Hi I'mback , have not even posted been running back&forth to DD house my oldest GK has medical problems so I watch the younger ones while she runs to Dr's,hosptals,etc. today I'm going with her to the hospital so lots of walking its a huge hospital a neighbor will watch the the GK's bye for now PS have not been sleeping well and my BS has been running high got 7+ hrs and it leveled off hope thats was the problem0

Ok so I have seen posting topics for 20 and less 25 and less and 100+ sooo we are the answer to that !!!!
This challenge is for the tweeners out there -- 30 -100 pounds to go. Please post your goal and starting weight ( if you are comfortable doing so) if you'd like to join us. As you can see we are filled with challenges...
Tweeners- should we start over next week with all new challenges - I would guess anyone who hasn't been with us would find this hard to keep up with.0 -

Ok, I've been pretty sick this wee, so I'm doing terribly.
I think all I've had too eat in the last three days is cream of chicken soup, and I can barely keep that down:sick:

MsNewBooty - so sorry to hear that you're sick. Our Tweeners seem to have moved on. I think this will be the last week for the Tweeners--I really liked where we have gone with the challenges.

Yeah, I think it's all done with the Tweeners:frown: I wish we could some how get it up and going better. I think it started going down hill when we lost our founder jenn10.
Something else will come along. I think maybe I'll look into trying another support group, maybe a little different format. Interested? I'm going to do some research and see what i can come up with0 -

That will take me to the 30 # in 90 day mark.0
