My daughter is sick, but it is really nice out barely a breeze. I don't want her to get worse, so i'm having to stay inside. What could i do to help me lose weight?

Just need a quick cardio boost? Try some jumping jacks or grab a jump rope.0

If you usually go for a walk, go to leslie sansone's website. you can preview a 15 min walk workout.0

Walk while you watch TV or there are some internet sites that have free live exercise you can do right in your house. I am not sure what the links for those are but maybe someone will.0

I sometimes jog in place for a bit during office hours. I don't really like work-out videos, but if you have one that would work too0

How sick is she? Is she young enough that you can put her in a stroller? Some fresh air would probably be good for her since there are probably germs flying all around your house from her being sick.0

There's also some Leslie Sansone walks on You tube. Some of them are broken up into ten or fifteen minute parts, but they are free. I like to do them when it's raining or cold.0

Try this Yoga sun salutation. Five of those and you will be a little sore the day after tomorrow in places you never knew existed.

You Tube probably has more info about it. I like it because you can do it in your living room and don't need too much space.0 -
If you have stairs you could walk up an ddown the, or even do step ups on the bottom levels. You can also put a nice walk dvd in, or even Netflix something if you have Netflix, or if you have comcast they have on demand.
Also there are tons of video's you can do @ excercisetv.com0 -
That little thing in your picture? Put her in a stroller, fresh air will not hurt her. You don't want her running around and wearing herself out, but she can certainly be outside.0

She has stuffy/runny nose, been sneezing a lot. ( i found out that having an onion out in the room not been touched w/ skin still on, will keep you from getting sick) I keep the onion in the living room, cus that's where we are the most. she has a slight fever of 99 degrees. She sweating up a storm. She is 16 months old very active, loves to climb and run.0

I don't think putting her outside in a stroller will do any harm, but if your worried, call her doctor to double check.0

I walk circles in my house.0
