I am Back for the 3rd time!

and I need to stay on track...

I have managed to stay around 112-113 mark, but blew out to 114.6kg that freaked me out, everything I worked on I killed!

I need as much support as I can get... My hubby is good, but he quits 20mins into zumba (its too girly)!

Please Help me stay ON track!

    I just started Zumba and love it! I have been trying to get my boyfriend to do it with me but he says the same thing. So I just ignore him while I do it because if you dont want to participate that is fine, but don't mess with my workout! Please add me if you want some support. I have been on a yoyo myself for the last 9 months and am back for another turn. We jsut have to keep at it and one day it will stick!:flowerforyou:

    Even the idea of my husband attempting zumba cracks me up. I do get him out on marathon walks though and hes lost almost 2 stone since I've been doing this
  • he tried again tonight, but found every excuse to chicken out...
