30 day shred logging for exercise

Can I log my 30 day shred 20 minute work out and how do I log it? Didn't see anything in the database!? Level 1 Thanks in advance.

Use "circuit training, general" under cardio. I have a heart rate monitor and that matches up pretty closely with my burn.0

It might for you, but not for others. Height, weight, age, gender, physical fitness level, workout intensity, etc all play a part in how many calories are burned during a workout. While you may be close to what MFP reads, it can be off for others.0 -
My HRM is way off right now, says I burn like 500 calories which isn't right so I log it under circuit training for 20 minutes as well. Gives at least a general estimate and it's a lot lower than my 500 calories ahah.0

I agree with Adam as this is the most accurate way to estimate calories burned. That is how I log 30-day shred- I usually burn anywhere from 100-120 cals every time I do it based on my HRM.0

I agree, if you can get yourself one, it is the most accurate. I now use mine for everything I do, where I was using MFP calculations, which I found calculated too high. For now log it as circuit training, it is pretty close for that one.0 -

Oh I know. But a lot of people don't have the means to get a HRM. MFP does take into account your height, weight, age, and gender though. My husband and I can do the same workout and he burns 2X the calories (in MFP, that's how I know it takes those factors into consideration). I know it's know 100% accurate but it does give a rough estimate if you don't have a HRM.0 -
you can put it under circuit training. that's what i used to do. for me though i burn significantly less calories than i thought once i got a HRM0
