Ok the last three days I have really changed the way I am eating, before I wasn't getting enough veg and still eating poorly. I have entered everything I will eat today but still haven't hit calorie goal and it will be higher once I excercise tonight (which I will burn 4-5 hundred calories.

I would eat a few more fruits/veggies. Maybe some broccoli or some carrots?

Veggies and nuts I'd say. Try to cut down a bit on the dairy, perhaps.

looks great, keeping the carbs low, but increase the lean protein to around 110. You will feel satisfied longer and you will not worry about losing muscle.

I think it looks pretty good. More fruits and veggies (as you know) is definitely something you should try to add. Also, things with iron (raisins, blackstrap molasses, leafy greens). One more thing, especially since you're nursing and have the cals to spare--even regular sugar is better than any artificial sweetener--
    Good luck!!

It looks like you're doing REALLY good.

    Here's my thoughts:
    - You seem a little shy on good carbs. You can get that from more fruits like berries, bananas, etc. That will boost your calorie goal, get you some natural sugars, and up your carbs
    - How is your water intake? I noticed the coffee (I'm a fan and recent research suggests it can help with weight maintenance), but you want to make sure you're still getting enough water in
    - You might also consider adding some healthy fats. You can get these in olive oil, avocado, and nuts. That will also get you up to your calorie goal, quickly, and give you some extra energy.

That's it, and only 'cause you asked. You're doing a great job.

Looks pretty good overall to me. For me, I must have some sort of starch/grain at dinner time - like brown rice, whole wheat pasta, or whole wheat bread. That may help you keep to your minimum calorie goal, help digestion, and keep you feeling full till morning. When you eat too few calories, you actually can start to gain weight as your body puts food to fat instead of muscle. Keep it up and stay postive.

I agree - definately more fruit and less pre-packaged foods. Oh - and upping the protein intake is a good idea too.

I noticed you are breastfeeding so I would just suggest a couple of things~
try getting alittle more fruits mixed in the day
    drink alittle more water
try & eat at least 1200 cal a/day

    you are doing great!!!

Ok, I haven't added it yet (we are only at midday in Australia) but water I usually reach 8 - 10 cups now that I am eating so much. I would like to add a nother piece of fruit but didn't want to go over anymore on the sugar.

I also take a breastfeeding vitamin which does have iron in it, just have to add it to my meal plan. I hate avocado lol so maybe some more nuts ( only have sunflower seeds at the moment so will have an extra serve today.

Just wanted to add that I really am so full the last three days I have changed my diet. I can't believe eating so much can help lose weight lol. I am really loving eating so much fresh food and less processed stuff.

I am so impressed with your pre-planned day and all the vegetables you have down at this point....I need to get my vegetable intake up, I am lacking. My diary should look more like yours! My only suggestion is to try Truvia or Stevia which is a natural but no calorie sweetener rather than using an artificial sweetener. Good job!!!
