I have been on the diet for 20 days and only lost 4lbs. Sticking to my 1200 cal or lower and exercise, and not going down anymore!

  • So you do not eat back your work out calorie and still lost weight?

Well, 4 lbs in 20 days, that's more than 1lb/wk. Sounds good to me.

I know you want it to come off quicker, but losing 1 1/2 to 2 pounds a week is a healthy weight loss. The slower it comes off, the better chance you have of keeping it off. At least you didn't GAIN!

Ya thats at least a pound a week which is fine! But I would make sure you consume at least 1200 net calories a day to prevent your body from going into starvation mode!

What is the problem? You are losing at a good and expected rate.

4lbs is nothing to be sad about. congrats on thats!!!! but watch your calorie intake, 1200 might not be enough for your body and you might actually be putting yourself in starvation mood. but if yourself time. im assuming your weight didnt get put on in 20 days so its gonna take time to take it off. Just remember everything that you are doing is strengthening your body. measure your body as well. if the scale doesnt budge BUT your weight or thighs are smaller then you are still succeeding!
