I started the C25K program the beginning of the month. I was having a blast doing it. Unfortunately I had to stop after week two and have not run stride one in almost two weeks. I am setting my sights on Sunday to start up again. I still haven't decided if I will move right into week 3 as if I never stopped or repeat week 2. I am looking for others who are also in the program who would like to share their progress as we run towards our first running goal...the 5k.

I am doing the same program!! I love it. I missed a week once becasue of vacation, so when I got back I started on the week I ended on just to get back into things!!0

I missed a week too and just started where I left off. No biggie...unless you stopped for months, then I would start over from beginning.0

I'll be doing my 3rd workout of week 2 tomorrow. I'm finding it not too bad to be honest, I'm definitely enjoying it, and I'll be doing bridge to 10k once I have finished c25k. Jogging for an hour straight is my main goal with running. I much prefer biking, but I know how useful jogging can be for weight loss and exercise...0
