Summer Time blues

I want to lost 10 pounds by July and I don't know how to do it. I workout and watch what I eat but I seem to gain weight. I know some of it is muscle but other then that I have no idea. Someone please help me! I really want to reach that goal.

Here's what I did. I went here http://www.caloriecontrol.org/healthy-weight-tool-kit/weight-maintenance-calculator-women to see how many calories I need to eat to stay at the weight I am. Then I did as they suggested, subtracted 300 calories and then I burn 2000 calories each day for a total subtraction of 500 calories a day. And you can eat your 200 calories back! It's been working for me0
