Shaking up the body

I was talking to a personal trainer at the gym who gave me some advise to keep my body from getting use to my workout routine and hitting a plateau. Since I workout 5x a week, chose 5 different ones to do each day for 30-45 mins and switch them up each week. So it's running, walking, circuit training, bicycling, & tae bo. Any other fun workout ideas out there?
