Hi,

I joined MFP about 2 weeks ago, read some of the posts and finally decided to jump in as well. My food and exercise diary is free for all to see. I'm looking for friends so that we can motivate each other to reach our fitness goals. Feel free to add me to your friends!!!

Hi. 17kg was my starting target weight loss 4 weeks ago. I've managed to shed around 6kg since then. This really is a great place for keeping focussed and motivated. Welcome and feel free to add me to your friends.
  • Hi, is 1kilos a pound? Do you live internationally?

I live south of Boston Mass USA

Re: MobyLovesPie: 6kgs in 4 weeks is impressive!!!! keep up the good work.

    1 kilo (kg) = 2.2 pounds (lbs)
    I live in Australia.
So I'm trying to lose about 35 lbs

    hello and welcome
  • I just joined this morning and I already know this is a good site. I've looked at other sites to track my food and exercise and they were never as easy as this one. So glad...I have 10 pounds to lose.
