It's a 6 week plan that slowly gets you to train to run 30 min straight! I havn't ran since highschool! I'm starting on Monday in 2 Days! Let me know!

I love WH. They have a lot of awesome workouts to supplement your running. Couple other resources is runnersworld.com and active.com. Both have a lot of excellent information for beginners as well as injury prevention tips and ideas. I am starting an 8 week to 10K on Monday. Good luck to you! I started running a couple of years ago, and I am now addicted0

Personally i've looked at both this and the couch25k and this seems like it eases into it alot slower, which is what i need because i am a bigger girl.0
