Any Beginning runners want do this with me??

It's a 6 week plan that slowly gets you to train to run 30 min straight! I havn't ran since highschool! I'm starting on Monday in 2 Days! Let me know!

    I love WH. They have a lot of awesome workouts to supplement your running. Couple other resources is runnersworld.com and active.com. Both have a lot of excellent information for beginners as well as injury prevention tips and ideas. I am starting an 8 week to 10K on Monday. Good luck to you! I started running a couple of years ago, and I am now addicted :)

    I would LOVE to do this....does anyone know what the diff between this and the couch to 5k is??

    Personally i've looked at both this and the couch25k and this seems like it eases into it alot slower, which is what i need because i am a bigger girl.

    I'll Start next monday with you. I did start this two weeks ago then my knee flared up. Going to start again next monday May 1 (holy crap it's already may :sad: )
