Naturally Slim Shakes?

I have this in 3 flavours and love them... But I want to have them twice a day again, but today I did Breakfast and Dinner and I thought it was good!

Would you do Breakfast and Lunch? or Breakfast and Dinner?/

What do you think the benefits are for either?

    I would personally do Breakfast and lunch. However, I do not believe in "diets." It is a lifestyle change that we are all looking for. I understand that the shake system allows you to control more of what is going in and you usually have great results. From what I have seen those who try to go back to food, tend to not know how to eat and end up gaining the weight back. I feel that it ismore important to train yourself how to eat right from the start. I am a firm believer that you should not cut anything out of your diet that your body needs to function. It is all about portion control and choosing the right foods that are good for your body. I hope this helps. :smile:
