Couple of questions about exercising....

1. Does anyone have the instructions on how to complete the C25K and are willing to share them?
2. When I am on the treadmill, it always says my heart rate is in the cardio zone, which is higher than the weight loss zone....is that okay? I am assuming that I am buning fat because I am beyond the weight loss zone.
3. Does anyone know any core exercises? My back gets sore very easily due to past work experience. It even hurts when I use the treadmill and I think that if I strengthen my core muscles then it will feel better.
Thank you for any help you can provide!
