Anyone tried Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30?

I just got it and am thinking about switching to it from the 30 Day Shred. (I get bored doing the same routine over and over again.) do you think it's better? Worse? Level 3 of the Shred kicks my *kitten*, so I'm hoping this is just as effective. Anyone see any problems with switching back and forth?

    Switching up your routine is a good not only for your mind but for your body as well. Switch it up!

    I just started today. level 1 kicked my butt. I'm determined to keep with it.

    I got mine in the mail on Monday but I also had four wisdom teeth ripped out that same day. I just did the first work out today...I cannot do some of the ab workouts! They look easy but they aren't. Definitely kicked my *kitten*.

    No, it wasn't easy Egyptian. I don't usually have trouble with the strength exercises but the cardio part. Hopefully I can work up to level 3.

    After I finished today, every time I stand up my legs turn to Jello. :smile:
