This has been going on for WEEKS now! It's either after i exercise or spontaneous after eating something. I had to take pepto tonight because i was having more nausea i was thinking it could be from my iron pills but i don't think i would still have it for the amount of time that i have been taking them what could this be from.. and should i be concerned?

Best suggestion I have is see your doctor about this.

The same has been happening to me. I think it is due to my blood sugar levels swinging to much. (Too low. Too high. Too quickly) It would still be a good idea to check in with your doctor.

You may indeed want to talk to your doctor about this as chronic nausea is not normal. Don't know how long you have been taking them, but many people can not tolerate iron suppliments and can find that their reaction to them actually gets worse, not better over time.

Assuming you have ruled out pregnancy, exercised-induced nausea is not uncommon. It typically happens when you've over-exerted yourself or stop too soon after a high-intensity workout without transitioning gradually into cool-down.

I better not be pregnant considering i am on the depo and have been spotting for 3 weeks now.. maybe it's the shot idk but i have been on it since November.
