30 Day Shred Results...?

Hi,

Have been doing the 30 day shred for 10 days now (7days L1 and 3 days L2) and it's killing me but I thought, surely I'm getting results....

Well apparently not! Just done a weigh in and measurement and it's so dissapointing. No weight change for a week and minimal change in my measurements. Feeling incredibly demotivated.

Any thoughts or comments? Anyone had success with it? Any tips for me?

  • i got to day 9 and decided to simply stop because I didnt see any results. i UPPED my calories to eat a day and did more cardio and lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks. i dont weigh in again until monday but after easter i wont be looking forward to it.

    I did level 1 and 2 each for 10 days and am currently starting level 3. After level 1, I weighed and measured myself and I had gained 2 lbs and my measurements hadn't changed at all. I was really discouraged and quit for a week and a half. Then I decided I really wanted to continue because of all the great results everyone else has gotten. I restarted with level 1 for 10 days and just finished level 2. Yesterday, at the end of level 2, I weighed and measured myself again and I had lost 5 lbs and 7.5 inches overall since I quit and got discouraged.

    I did 10 days of level1 and 5 days of level 2 and the scale increased. I know it's muscle so I decided to stop for 1 or 2 weeks and only do cardio to see if that was the case. I lost a couple of pounds but I miss doing the shred. I will probably wait another week before I start back.
