Not sure how to log exercise

Hi all, I have ordered a Polar HRM but it has not come in yet. Today I did 10 of the 15 Gilad Bodies in Motion quick workouts. Any idea how many calories I should log. It was mostly arm, leg, hip, shoulder and back exercises with a few short aerobic workouts. About 70 minutes total.

Try logging as aerobics or circuit training, but mfp does over estimate. I usually put it in for a lesser time. I'd rather under estimate than over estimate!0

Thanks, I agree. I am over like 68 calories for today but I would think I burned that with the workouts I did. Ya think?0
