Calorie Count?

Im a Lil confused, When i exercise my calorie count goes up, am i suppose to eat the xtra calories it gives me? and Why does it increase the calories? Somebody please help meeh, I confused...

Yes, Let's say you walk and it says you burned 400 calories, it automatically adds it to your total calories for the day. So if you had 800 calories left and you logged in your exercise and it says you burned 400 cal, when you go back to your main page it will say how much you have earned and add 400 to the 800, Then you would have 1200 calories to eat, because if you don't you may not be getting enough calories in.0
