    Question: does he do any weight training in addition to P90X? If not, that's probably the best route for him to increase his lean body mass going forward

    Your husband looks great. My husband and I are on our second round of p90x now too. I want to start running this Monday. My husband added spinning and he looks amazing too! Congrats to you both!
