I have been losing weight pretty good recently cause I have been trying really hard, all day today all I have done is binge!!!!!!!!! peanut butter toast, ramen noodles, frozen burrito, 1/2 small bag of doritos, fun size m &m's, bowl of cereal and one cup of minestrone soup! AHHH I hope tomorrow goes way better sorry just had to confess my diet sins lol

    That's one of the best things about MFP, you CAN have an off day every now and then.
    You KNOW just what to do and will get right back on track and undo any damage that you might have done!
    You've been doing great, and WILL again, so don't beat yourself up over it!
