Does anyone else have a tough time eating breakfast? I can comfortably wait till lunch time to take my first bite of food. I know how important breakfast is, so I often times feel like im forcing myself to eat just to get my metabolism kick stated again.

Yes i do. I am usually getting pretty hungry by 10:30-ish though ... not lunch time. I do force myself to eat when I will be in a place that I can't snack else i get a headache. I can generally snack at my desk while i work tho so I bring fruit and yogurt to stretch it the rest of the way to lunch.0

I'm a breakfast eater, but I can't eat until a while after I've gotten out of bed. On a typical work day, I'll do all of my morning routine and only THEN sit down and eat something. I'm not usually hungry at that time either, but I have found that if I don't eat then, I'm *starving* by 9:30. If I do eat, I don't have any problems getting through to lunch.
My typical breakfast is oatmeal and coffee. I can't eat eggs or anything like that for breakfast---dinner, however...0 -
From everything i have heard it is th most important, but what do i know. I usually just grab some fruit, yogurt and maybe some nuts. I know it's not much but its better than nothing!0

i used to have oatmeal or something small semi sweet to make me feel good....
now i have one banana and one Avocado for breakfast because they are delish and nutritious. since im more worried about nutrition rather than exact calorie intake... so im trying to go natural and these are good ways0 -

lol i think your putting to much thought into it... it sounds like you're probably getting in your 400 calories per meal so you should be fine.. and it sounds healthy too0 -
I'm only truly hungry when I wake up if I have to wake up early. The earlier the hungrier. I know it's weird, but it's been that way for years.0

if you're not hungry for breakfast, don't eat it. Even if you eat your first meal at noon, it's still breakfast-- because you're BREAKing your FAST.
Listen to what your body wants and needs. You'll be better for it.0
