Well 26.8 to be exact :) 212 lbs to 185.2! On a 5 foot 4 frame. From November -Yesterday! This is my YT weight loss channel if anyone wants to follow my journey! :-)

    I think if you just change your "IMG"s to "img"s it's supposed to work... or so I've heard :) Great loss though--that is almost exactly my journey so far... same weights and height even!!! It's super great to lose weight on a short frame b/c even a few lbs make a big difference. CONGRATS!!! :flowerforyou:

    Very true! I found the post on how to do it & followed what it said & now I'm getting a box saying the photo was deleted :/
