Hello,


I'm a mother of 4 young kids (9yr, 7yrs, 2 yrs, and 5 months) I'm desparately trying to change my lifestyle in order to lose weight and to be healthy. I have been heavy since middle school never losing more than 10 pounds at a time. Now that I don't plan on having anymore kids, I want to defeat this weight problem I have. Since February, I have been consistenly working out 5-6 days per week. I usually walk either outdoors or on my treadmill or use a exercise videos. My eating habits have not change mostly, because I'm breastfeeding. I think I'm using that as an excuse to eat more : ) Anyway, I know I have to get my eating under control to lose more weight. I have lost all my pregnancy weight (20lbs) plus 5 pounds. I need to lose about 65 pounds to reach my goal. I think using this site as a tool to track my numbers is a way to help encourage myself..
