Hello, everyone! I promised my friends that I would post a before and after once I hit my halfway mark, so here it is!

I don't have a full body pic of myself at 420 lbs, but this one is still bad at 401 lbs:

    Thanks, everyone!!! I haven't worn a dress to church in YEARS! I mean, like literally since I was a teenager and I am 27 now!

    I am so happy that I read your post. What a tremendous hard work...you must feel so good about yourself. Your post is like a boost of motivation. Do you have any stats like blood pressure changes that you care to share. I have lost only 40 but my BP went down!

    Way to go and I look forward to more posts.

    AH! You look so fabulous! So inspirational! Sometimes I start to feel like when I get to 255 ( my half waypoint) i won't be able to see a difference, but seeing you pics, I see that there's plenty of fabulous for me to get to! Keep up the good work!
