    The last four days I have done nothing but move furniture and boxes.....I lift things up and put them down.....couldn't resist. I am so tired and sore, I have bruises all over my arms and leges and I can't grasp anything for to long. I will be getting back to the gym tomorrow after two 12 hours shifts back to back and then hopefully back to my routine.
