it was horrid, worse than i can ever remember. i just ate and ate and ate and i still want to eat more!

normally, i would weight in tomorrow morning, but im afraid that seeing that higher number (it'll have to be higher from all that crap i ate) will make me unhappy and throw me off track again. on the other hand, i dont want to give myself the subconscious idea that i can just binge and not pay the consequences.

what do i do? please help!

*title fix: to weigh or not to weigh

if it make you feel bette dont weigh in. Go at it again next week then do it on your weigh in day. Im sure missing a weigh in will not hurt you!

You can choose right now to not let the number on the scale have enough power to send you off track! The scale goes up and down due to hormones, sodium intake, constipation, dehydration...those things can change from day to day, but you need to stick with the long term plan to be healthier!

If you usually weigh in, I say weigh in. If it is higher, it will remind you that there are consequences to your actions; if you don't weigh in you can ignore those consequences.

If it happens to not be higher, you will be reminded that there are so many factors in your daily weight and that your goal is long term, you have to keep with it, but that doesn't mean you have to be perfect.

This is the reason I weigh in on Tuesdays :-) Not that I often screw up on the weekends, but I just feel better..lol

you need to ask yourself--are you really going to be able to say "i screwed up but it's not the end of the world" weigh in, face the consequences and start again. BUT if you know you will start eating alot again then it might be good to wait.

    Do it.
    Weigh.
That way you KNOW you can't do that often.

During TOM, I weigh myself but I don't record. You could do this tomorrow to give yourself a visual of what a day like today will do for you if you keep it up but just use it as that.
