Hi im from rochester in the UK and wanted to say hello. I am hoping this site will help me and my dad to lose some weight. I have lost 56lbs so far, I have a little help with a gastic band which I had fitted in June 07, I am hoping that this site will help me track what I am eating and will help my dad lose the weight he needs to before he has his bypass.
