    Morning all, well not good for me 198.4 this morning this is +1.2 from last week. But this is a new week and I will do better next week.

    Can't believe the week is already over.
    160.9 lbs this morning.
    Only 0.5 lbs lost. I blame TOM for it. It's right around the corner and I feel bloated. Well, a new week, a new challenge.

    I got on the scale this morning and it was 195.4 (i tried twice). I started doing Bikram Yoga about 4 days ago, so I imagine some of that is from water loss. I have a feeling it will even out next week and there won't be much of a loss.

    This is frustrating. My HRM is not working right now so I used my pedometer for the past couple of weeks. Only one day did I log in a low day of 8,695 steps. For 5 days I logged in over 21,000 steps including breaking my own record and logged in almost 29,0000 steps. Yesterday I did everything I could to not let Easter meal sabotage me and have a good weigh in. So, I know this is frustrating, but not only did I not loose the 2 pounds, I gained. All the Jillian Shred and 4.5 mile walks I have done this previous week and I gained. I am not a quitter. Today's weight 166.4.. . I would put LOL but right now I don't feel like laughing. Siggh. Getting ready to go for a long walk, already did Jillian this morning. :P

    183.2 pretty much a maintain but I did enjoy the Easter fix'ns! Still staying on track though and this week will be better!

    185.5. Ugh. Up .5 from last week. I blew it at the Mets game yesterday with a salty hot dog and fries. Hopefully at least some of that is water weight from all the salty foods, since I was really good the rest of the week. Back on track for this week.

    I gained! UGH. I am up 5 pounds from last week. Not sure what is going on. I have met my calorie goals and added exercise, so I'm hoping that this next week is different. I am also going to try to reduce my sodium intake.

    I maintained at 168.8 this week, unfortunatly. but i'm holding on to extra water weight this week, so i'm going to push into week 3 at full force! i just started Jillian Michael's 30 day shred, and i'm on day 3 so...lets see what another week does!!
