The range depends on what else you are eating for that day, so there is no particular range that we can give you. It also depends on what your exercise schedule is like.
So...this is really an unanswerable question without a lot more info. You'll just have to determine for yourself what fits your nutritional needs for the day.
The only thing I can say, is to keep sugar, sodium, the fats (especially saturated) and cholesterol as low as possible. Calories too, if that's what you need at that time. Otherwise, as much of the others as possible, besides carbs (which should come from healthy sources, and not simple carbs).0 -
It depends on what your goals are??0

Calories, Sodium, Carbs, Fats and Protien!!!
i would add sugar... don't worry about all the vitamines and stuff like that.. just check sodium and sugar because this is what bloats you and causes you to retain water,
carbs along with fiber
Fats you don't want it too high, and you want to watch out for the bad kinds of fats.
and Protein! the higher the better in my opinion!0 -
Here's a government explanation of recommended daily nutrients that I use all the time. It's great to have in your bookmarked sites.

Here is a great government resource for searching different foods by nutrients:

Don't be too quick to discount something just because it is high in fat. Some of the best foods we can eat are high in fat- olive oil, avocados, walnuts, almonds, coconut oil etc. Fat is an essential part of a very healthy diet, just be sure you are getting the right fats and that the fat content is coming from natural ingredients.0

I would watch your potassium as well, especially if you work out a lot. It really helps with muscle cramping, and typically people don't get enough of this in a day. Bananas are a good source, but be careful of the sugars if you are watching your consumption of that. Coconut water is another option as well.0
