Ok, so I am really frustrated. I have plateaued here for 2 1/2 months and can't seem to drop past my current weight. I eat more calories and gain weight, but eat less and stay the same. I have watched my sodium, water intake and think its time I invest in a HRM. I don't have a ton of money to spend on one, (they look like they can get pretty expensive) but want something that works! Amazon has a few for under $50. Any suggestions?

I have a Polar FT7...When I first got it it was on sale for $79(a lot cheaper than original price)....well, I had an issue when I washed it and it stopped working so I returned it....for another....turns out it went on sale again...and I got $10 back....I got mine at Academy Sports and Outdoors....I like to buy them at stores instead of online just in case I have to return...its quicker....When washing the chest straps of HRMs...be careful...0

I know there is a Timex one on Amazon for about 50 dollars.. I suggest you steer clear of that one. I had it from Best Buy and wound up returning it because the calories were way off for the exercise that I did.
If anything invest in a Polar... The difference between a Polar FT4 and FT7 is about 10 dollars or so.0 -
I bought one at Walmart, the Sportline S7 HRM and Calorie Monitor. It was only $27.77. So far I love it.0
