                    So I was surprised that I had a 5lb weight loss my first week - although Ive been eating right and exercising .. Ive never tried anything like this before ... should I assume this is water weight??

            Happened to me too... it's just yor body geting shocked into it. Enjoy it. It gets harder.0

            Everyone is different. I went through a week or so where I felt like I was not losing as fast as I wanted to be (or as fast as some other people). I dropped my calories down too low and I did go into starvation mode. I gave it some thought and realized a few things. 1) I am not trying to lose as much weight as some other folks on here and my weight loss should be slower due to that fact. 2) I am seeking long term results. Not a crash diet. Slow and steady is what is right for me. 3) My face was already looking thinner and my clothes were fitting better and better, when I was losing 1 -2 lbs per week.
 Soooo, I guess MVP knows what they are doing.
