I have been doing MFP for about a month, but am only now introducing myself. I have become addicted to recording all the different foods that I put in my body, and I dont lie a bit!

I was using MFP on my iPhone to track food long before I started logging in to the site-but now I do everyday! It is a great place to find motivation, get advice, and just feel like a part of a group with similar goals. It really helps when you have a "bad" day or need someone to relate to. If you want, add me as a friend! I like helping with any information I can give.
And good job on tracking every bite! I do too and its nice to see it all grouped together for you, makes healthy living a lot easier when you can see what you are putting into your body.0 -
