I am new to this =]

Hey everyone =] i just made my account and don't have many friends. My sister and I have been doing the Body by Vi shakes and so far, they are defiantly working and showing for her but for me not so much. I have been struggling a little bit with being healthy and staying fit. I am looking for helpful tips for eating right and getting in better shape, i also need some support. I am very friendly and supportive as well so don't be afraid to add me =]

    You've definitely come to the right place for advice and motivation.
    Have you been eating 5x a day? 3 meals and 2 snacks?? and it's all in small portions.
    maybe that's where you've been going wrong.
    I’m doing Turbo Fire. Wicked, if you can get it. it comes with all the tools you'll need.
