Got Back from my mums with family over easter. Not been counting calories much just here and there, still lost 0.6 pounds. Not been doing much excercise apart from walking. Eat more over the weekend, worried i dont feel as toned.
The thing is ive been walking, thats ok. Im totally bored of workout dvds which i was bored of before i went away. Considered joining the gym but too expensive, But my lovely wife bought me a bike but i have to wait 3 weeks before i pick it up.She also bought my son a trailer, who is gonna love it,.he is 2 and a 3 months. So im gonna be pulling 30lbs extra with me and it will put me up to the biggest weight i have ever been. How am i gonna count those calories.....lol
Anyway dont know what to do in the meantime...Any suggestions...cheers
Might do a few workout dvds this week..What else can i do..

I'm new to this but I'm good for the cheers!! I don't have many suggestions in the excercise area because I'm burned out on the DVD's as well. I've been playing on the WII with my daughter and its been a great distraction from "the norm" exercise routines. We had a good old fashioned kick-ball game last week. Are there any activities you enjoy doing that will get you moving and have fun at the same time? Stay encouraged, Kudos on the 29 down!:happy:0

Don't you like running? That's my sort of meditation time and I love it Swimming is also good, low impact...0

I like to go out and hike in the woods when the weather cooperates. An hour or two of that and you will not only burn calories, but feel rejuvenated.0
