I am kind of sad

I was doing great since I started a week ago, but yesterday and today I messed up and lost track. I am really sad especially after seeing all those successful before and after pictures. I need some motivation and tips on how to stay on it.

You think those folks with the success stories didn t have bad days and then press on the next day? That's what makes success-learning from our mistakes!0

Exactly! The past is the past, all you can do is do better today!0 -

Couldn't have said it better myself. I'm on week 3 and it has been the hardest yet, but since I was fine Week 1 and 2, I KNOW I can do this. It's just a setback, but you CAN do it.0 -
Just keep going! You can do it. The only problem with a bad day is if you let it stretch into a bad week!0

You have just started on your journey. It will become such a way of life for you, through habit, and you will be fine....I promise! Good luck on your journey and always feel like you can ask for help and support! :drinker:
DO NOT beat yourself up, or feel guilty about anything. The fact that you are here says that you are committed. We have ALL had our bad days (and yes, even weeks), but we all bounce back because we know:
IF IT'S MEANT TO BE, IT'S UP TO ME!0 -

Had a bad day yesterday, we all do, just keep on keepin on!0 -
I take one day as a "cheat" day. You cannot deprive yourself of everything all the time. after all life is real.0

We all have bad days - don't beat yourself up over it, just make a vow to get back on that horse and start over again. Today's a new day! Hooray!0

It's two bad days.... I've been there (today hasn't been great) and I think just about everyone has. It's easy to just throw in the towel and excuse yourself to continue going off the rails. The most important thing is to remind yourself that continuing on a bad path will only get you into a bigger hole. Getting back on track tomorrow (or right now!) will boost your self esteem and get you motivated again. Good luck, and I'm right there with ya!0

a quote borrowed from somewhere:
It is what you do consistently that makes you, not what you do occasionally.
so get back on the wagon, and keep on keeping on. Keep on chipping away, there is nothing wrong with having a day off, having a little splurge here and there, as long as you get back to it. Results usually take a few days to come thought, so if you can counter your little splurge by exercising hard and eating well for the next few days, you will barely notice it on the scales in a week.0 -
Just keep on going! We all have our bad days, don't let it bring you down0
