Getting Back on Track

Hi. I'm new to MyFitnessPal. I lost 71 pounds on weight watchers, but the last 1 1/2 yrs I have been emotional eating. Things are going much better and it's time to get back on track. My initial goal is to lose 66 pounds and I'd love to do it before I go to Texas in December. Encouragement is very much welcome!
