Sugar free drink mix?

It's in a little plastic tub and you put it into a jug or a quart bottle filled with water and you shake it & it mixes. it's sugar free & zero calories. Can i count this as water?

    i always count drink mix ins...its got so much water in it that its just wrong to say it doesnt count.

    I don't only because I know I will drink more water with nothing added to it if I see that I have x amount more glasses to drink.

    I do. Plus it's pretty much the only way I can get my fiance to drink water.

    its still water even if it has alittle flavor too it. you would still count it if it had lemon juice in it so you still count it if it has alittle bit of flavoring to it. why i wouldnt cound it if it was like a hot chocolate where it a) had sugar in it b) was a think powder so it wasnt really as much water because it took up some of the space
