100 calorie spagetti?
so its really really yummy. full of fiber. they say that it would take more to digest it then what would be in it. so here is my recipee and instructions.
what you need:
two medium sized celary sticks
1/2 cup of spagettis sauce from the can
1/8 cup of 95% fat free ground turkey
how to cook it:
chop the celary sticks into fine pieces. boil the turkey in water until done. then drain it. mix the sauce in with it. heat the sauce up. once the sauce is hot, turn the stove off. mix the celary in and enjoy. it sounds kinda gross but when i was eating it i couldnt tell a huge difference besides it was crunchier. but hey its a 100 calorie meal right?

I make a similar recipe for my family. I cook some diced chicken in garlic then add in spaghetti sauce and diced celery. It can be served with rice or pasta but is yummy on its own because of the garlic chicken.0

I don't like celery, but I'm willing to try it!0

I buy broccoli slaw and sauté it in 1tbsp of olive oil and fresh garlic. I use the slaw instead of pasta. Put on some spaghetti sauce and add 1-2tbsp shredded parmesan cheese. Soooo good )0
