Hi, i only just started on mfp and was wondering if there was any advice or anything i should or would be good to know.

    Give it time
    Eat your exercise cals if you need them and don't feel bad if you don't eat them every day
    Drink water
    Do at least a little exercise every day
    Make friends to keep you motivated- remember we all know what it is like
    Ask questions is you need to
    Don't stop just because of one off day
    Don't assume every week will be a big loss
    Remember that you are worth the time and effort it takes to meet your goals :)

    Make my fitness pal your home page......read the posts.........enter your foods.....always ask for any help or question you have. The people here are the best.
