    Sorry not me. My sister did however and it worked but when she stopped she gained all her weight back.

    I've tried it-same deal but I wasn't using anything else, I just ran out of the bottle and didn't buy more. So maybe use it to jump start your weight loss or get you out of a paltuae (sp) then keep monitoring yourself once you go off it

    Yes, I used it when I was "cutting" for a figure contest. It helped a lot for the contest prep, but after the contest, when I returned to a normal diet (very clean, but not pre-contest eating) I returned to my previous weight. It is not reccommended for long term weight loss. Eat nutritionally and exercise regularly, and you will get there without pills! Good Luck!

    i tried it once and it made me extremely jitterry.
    Dont recommend it.
