Hey everyone!

Hi! It is my second day on MFP. I don't really need to loose that much weight, maybe 3-5 lbs, but I want to look great for my cousin's wedding coming up. The main reason that I am here is that I want to learn to eat healthy and eat enough to get the nutrition I need. I have had issues with food most of my life and have dealt on and off with bulimia/restricting for about 6 years. I am hoping that the tools here can help me keep track of my food and exercise, learn to eat healthy, and ultimately help me get back the confidence that I have lost.
Any support or advice would be greatly appreciated

    No Eating Problems for me except I eat too much but I want to wish you the best of luck in getting your eating habbits in shape. I have received so much support on this site and learned so much from everyone. I am always happy to pay it forward as well.
