Since I'm feeling a bit lazy today and I do need to do my usual workouts...I thought I would invite anyone here that would like to workout with me in the next hour. If you have exercisetv on cable and you have access to the free Cardioke workout by BIlly Blanks jr, hit me and let me know if you'll try it. It's for 59mins. Let's get our dance on today!!
