AHHHH.. so it's been 4 weeks since I've lost any weight and I'm into about the end of my 4th month on MFP. I'm exercising, not going over my calories and sometimes I "shock" my body (by eating a burger or something) as was advised before, though haven't been doing that lately. Initially the pounds came off and I feel great but lately I've been at the same weight. Can someone please help?
Should I adjust anything?
Thanks!

you don't have a lot to lose, so it can be very slow coming off. How much do you weigh and how tall are you? If you're already in your healthy zone, it can be really tough. How many cals are you eating? Try eating to lose about 1/2 lb a week. It'll come off slowly, but it should come off. :flowerforyou:0

No, haven't changed my workout routine, though my exercise usually changes with the seasons--anywhere from ultimate to mountain biking, running, yoga, etc. Maybe I should take up something new in my exercising? as of late, I've been running and doing yoga, since the other activities don't work when it's snowing!
Yea, I'm in my healthy zone. My BMI is 22.6. I'm 5'2" and 123.5 lbs. Should I really adjust to 1/2 pound per week instead? Will that help?
I'm currently at 1200 cals a day and it's supposed to make me lose 0.9 lbs a week. I have 8.5 lbs to go and it's just been really tough!0 -

yup, you should. Your BMI is already low, you're not even at the high end of your zone, so the weight is going to be VERY slow coming off. Don't rush it.0
